I APPLIED SOME TIME AGO BUT AM STILL LOOKING FOR A JOB, HOW DO I GET MY APP IN THE "CURRENT GROUP"?
Just log in using you user name (your email) and password. If you've lost your password, click on lost password link on the main page. Once you log in, click the UPDATE APPLICATION button at the bottom of the login screen. Or, if you update any information in your application, your application will automatically be "updated" and moved into the current active driver set.

WHAT IF I DO NOT WANT A PARTICULAR COMPANY TO SEE MY APPLICATION?
No problem. Just log in and choose EXCLUDE COMPANIES from the Driver Menu and select the companies that you want to exclude from seeing your application.

I AM NOT LOOKING FOR A JOB ANYMORE.
All you need to do is log in and select DEACTIVATE APPLICATION from the Driver Menu and NO companies will have any further access to your application info.

IT SAYS INVALID EMAIL ADDRESS?
Remember that email addresses include the "@" symbol and do NOT start with http or www. http and www. Refer to WEB PAGES and not email addresses. Your email address should be formatted as follows: account@youremailservice.com

WHAT DOES "APP NOT PROCESSED" MEAN?
In most cases this is due to an improperly formatted field. Entering your birthday or phone number improperly can cause this to happen.

WHY DO YOU REQUIRE MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER?
Companies need your social security number to expedite the hiring process. We understand if you feel uncomfortable leaving this online. If you prefer, you may enter 000-00-0000 and give it to the company when you speak with them.

EXPIRED PAGE?
Our system uses "active server pages" which are created on the fly. Sometimes when you click BACK, you’ll get that EXPIRED PAGE. If you follow the instructions and click REFRESH, you should see the page you were looking for. Make Sure to right click inside of the middle screen and choose REFRESH.

JAVA or SCRIPT ERRORS?
In most cases this is due to not having a current version of the browser, or not having JAVA enabled on your browser. Our site works best with INTERNET EXPLORER, which is the standard, and the current version is 6.0 for PC's and can be downloaded for FREE at http://www.microsoft.com.
